Wellness Sessions is a weekly series of Vitalia community-sourced sessions focused on the intersection of wellness, mental health, and longevity. From exploring the science, to interactive sessions, to sharing personal anecdotes, come hang out and learn about the sometimes underappreciated aspect of longevity - mental health and wellness.

This week, Dr. Mike Sinel will share insights and learnings from his extensive experience working within the US Mental Healthcare, as well as owning multiple mental health centers. He'll go through the problems of current psychotherapeutic and pharmaceutical approaches and share his hopes for the future - such as holistic and psychedelic medicine.

He will be followed by Toby, a writer and builder researching mental health and wellness communities. In his talk he will show how history is repeating itself: how the explosion of cults and mind cures in the 19th century is being repeated with today's wellness protocols and psychological treatments.
